مقبرة نازحين في البيسارية: المئات مهدّدون بالموت اختناقاً... أو تحت الأنقاض

Facebook makes life easier for 30,000 Syrian refugees in Lebanon: UNHCR

BEIRUT: Syrian refugees in Lebanon are increasingly using Facebook to seek tips on enrolling in school, access information on residency permits and report abuse, according to the United Nations refugee agency. North Lebanon landowner evicts Syrian refugees

BEIRUT: A landowner in a northern Lebanon town has evicted numerous Syrian refugees who were living on his land. Refugees could be seen dismantling tents on Monday after repeated warnings by the landowner to evacuate, the state’s National News Agency reported. The NNA said the Lebanese Army cut off a road near the camp in Minyara, Akkar, while refugees took down around 100 tents. Ethiopian national jumps from balcony in Tripoli

BEIRUT: An Ethiopian national allegedly jumped from the balcony of her employer's house in the northern city of Tripoli Sunday, local media reported. The woman, identified as S.H., jumped from the fifth floor of the house where she works as a maid in the city’s Abi Samra neighborhood, according to Al-Jadeed. Hunger and rodents greet NGO head visiting refugees
